Commercial Contracts Manager Banstead, Surrey £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join a growing electrical contractor based in Banstead. This is a key role overseeing the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring profitability, managing risk, and supporting successful project delivery. What You’ll Be Doing * Managing contracts * Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control * Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts * Identifying and mitigating commercial risks * Negotiating contract terms (JCT/NEC) * Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a Commercial or Contracts Manager role (electrical or construction) * Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts * Commercially astute with strong financial awareness * Confident negotiator and communicator * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously What’s On Offer * £55,000 – £65,000 salary (DOE) * Performance-related bonus * Company car and fuel card * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Genuine career progression in a growing business
