Health & Safety Manager (HSEQ) Location: Blaenau Gwent Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing & Engineering The Opportunity AndRecruit are working with an established and highly regarded engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Manager (HSEQ). This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist manufacturing organisation, taking ownership of Health & Safety while also overseeing Quality, Environmental and Sustainability activities across the business. The company operates within a technical manufacturing environment and has established HSEQ processes, procedures and management systems already in place. The focus of this role will be on maintaining these standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leadership, production and engineering teams, you'll play an important role in maintaining a positive safety culture, supporting operational performance and ensuring the business continues to operate to high standards.
