Painter & Decorator High-End Residential Location: N22 (North London) Job Type: Contract / Temporary Rate: Competitive (DOE) The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator on behalf of our client, working on high-end residential projects in the N22 area. This role requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver exceptional finishes within luxury homes. Key Responsibilities Carry out high-quality painting and decorating in premium residential properties Prepare surfaces to an excellent standard, including fine filling, sanding, and priming Apply a range of finishes including emulsion, gloss, satin, and specialist coatings Achieve flawless finishes on walls, ceilings, woodwork, and bespoke features Work carefully in occupied or high-value properties, ensuring minimal disruption Follow detailed instructions and work to tight deadlines Maintain a clean, organised, and respectful working environmentRequirements Proven experience in high-end residential painting and decorating Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality finishes Strong preparation skills no shortcuts Own tools and full PPE Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card Professional attitude and good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhats on Offer Competitive rates of pay Immediate start available Opportunity to work on luxury residential projects Ongoing work for reliable, high-performing operatives Support from a professional recruitment team
