Contract Manager – Building Services / FM 📍 Lillie Square, London 💰 £70K - £75K We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a high-profile sites in London. This role is responsible for the delivery of all PPM, reactive, and remedial works, ensuring compliance, performance, and client satisfaction across the contract. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day delivery of PPM, reactive & remedial works * Lead a team of Supervisors, Engineers, Apprentices & Admin staff * Ensure all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification * Provide technical support and fault finding to engineers * Maintain and audit site logbooks and compliance records * Manage client relationships and expectations * Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations * Drive efficiency, profitability, and first-time fix rates * Identify and pursue remedial works and additional revenue opportunities Requirements * Proven experience as a Contract Manager within Building Services / FM * Strong understanding of maintenance contracts (PPM & reactive) * Technical background in electrical, mechanical or fire systems * Experience managing teams and subcontractors * Strong commercial awareness and cost control * Excellent client-facing and communication skills * Good IT skills (reporting, compliance systems) What’s On Offer * Competitive salary + package * High-profile site with long-term stability * Opportunity to progress into Senior Operations roles * Autonomy to manage and grow your contract
