A well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded litigator with 5+ years’ PQE to work on a broad range of high-quality contentious matters for a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger commercial organisations.

About the role

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:

• Commercial contract disputes

Shareholder and partnership disputes

\t

Professional negligence claims

\t

Debt recovery and enforcement matters

\t

Property-related litigation

\t

Injunctive relief and contentious business matters

Applicants should be confident managing matters independently, while also working collaboratively within a supportive and ambitious team environment. Strong client care skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to develop lasting client relationships are essential.
