This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys a mix of professional and project work and wants to play a key role within a collaborative, well‑regarded team. The Role You’ll take responsibility for delivering a broad range of building surveying services across commercial, residential, and public‑sector portfolios. Typical work will include: Project management and contract administration Building surveys, defect analysis, and technical due diligence Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and reports Dilapidations, party wall matters, and reinstatement cost assessments Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development What You’ll Bring Strong technical knowledge across core building surveying disciplines Confident communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships A proactive, organised approach with the ability to lead projects independently What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000, depending on experience A comprehensive benefits package Clear progression opportunities within a growing consultancy Supportive working environment with a varied and interesting workload
