ToprovidededicatedICT,systemsanddigitaldevelopmentsupporttotheWorkingDenbighshireEmployabilityService,leadingontheimplementation,development,optimisationandmanagementofCRMsystems,reportingsolutionsandotherdigitalplatforms.
ThisrolewillactasthekeylinkbetweenWorkingDenbighshire,ICTServicesandsoftwareprovidersandotherstakeholders,ensuringsystemsareeffectivelyimplemented,maintainedandutilisedtosupportservicedelivery,performancemanagementandcontinuousimprovement.
ProposedKeyResponsibilitiesICTSpecialist
Leadtheongoingdevelopment,optimisationandsupportoftheICONICRMsystemandotherbusinesssystems.
Supporttheimplementation,integrationandembeddingofnewdigitalsystemsandplatforms.
Leaduseracceptancetesting,implementationplanningandbusinessreadinessactivitiesofnewsystems
Managesystemenhancements,testing,troubleshootingandcontinuousimprovementactivities.
Developandimprovereporting,dashboardsandmanagementinformationsolutionsalongsidethePerformanceandBusinessManager
Research,evaluateandimplementnewtechnologiesanddigitalsolutionstoenhanceservicedeliveryandefficiency.
Supportprocurement,implementationandroll-outofnewsystemsandsoftwaretofutureprooftheservice.
Providespecialistsystemssupportandtrainingtostaffandmanagers.
Promoteeffectiveuseandadoptionofdigitalsystemsandtools.
ActastheprimarylinkbetweenWorkingDenbighshire,ICTServicesandsoftwaresuppliers.
Buildeffectiverelationshipswithtechnicalandoperationalstakeholderstosupportsuccessfulsystemdelivery.
EssentialKnowledge,Skills&ExperienceICTSpecialist
AtleastHNDinaComputerrelatedDisciplineoraGraduateofanynumeratesubjectisessentialsuchasInformationTechnology,computerScience,DigitalServices,BusinessInformationSystems.
Adegreeincomputerrelateddisciplineorassociatedcourse/professionalqualificationisdesirable.
ExperienceleadingICTsystemimplementation,digitaltransformationprojects,requirementgathering,businessprocessredesign.
Experienceofdataanalysis,reportinganddashboarddevelopment.
Experienceofdevelopingandimplementingreportinganddatavisualisationtoolstodevelopdashboardsandperformancereports.PowerBIisanessentialrequirementforthisrole.
Experienceofworkingwithsoftwaresuppliersandstakeholders.
Excellentcommunicationandstakeholderengagementskillswithinacomplexorganisation.
Abilitytotranslatebusinessneedsintoeffectivetechnicalsolutions.
KnowledgeofGDPR,informationgovernanceanddatamanagementprinciples.
