Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor | Major Project

Urgent requirement for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the London's most high-profile commercial projects! This £100m+ transformation is one of the largest office projects in the capital, delivering Grade A commercial space. The scheme includes a complex structural extension with additional floors, extensive façade works, and delivery  of office, retail and leisure space. This is not your traditional new build scheme. This is a technically challenging, logistics heavy central London project requiring a commercially astute QS who can operate at pace across multiple work packages. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of multiple subcontract packages (through to final account) Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting Contract administration (JCT experience essential) Managing variations, valuations, and change control Close liaison with project teams, supply chain, and client-side stakeholders What's needed?
