Technical Coordinator – New Build Housing 📍 Staffordshire 💰 Up to £55,000 + Package Are you an experienced Technical Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable residential developer? We’re working with a well-established housebuilder delivering high-quality new build developments across Staffordshire, and they’re looking to strengthen their technical team. The Role As Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of residential schemes from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with internal departments and external consultants, you’ll ensure all technical information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
