Location:Exeter

Salary:£45,000perannum

Hours:4on/4off(Days&Nights6am6pm/6pm6am)

Workinga4on/4offrotatingdaysandnightsshiftpattern,youwillplayakeyroleinensuringplantreliability,minimisingdowntime,andsupportingcontinuousproduction.

KeyResponsibilities

Carryoutplannedpreventativemaintenance(PPM)andrespondeffectivelytobreakdownstomaximiseplantuptime
Ensuremachineryisreturnedtooperationquicklyandsafelyfollowingfaults
Supportlong-termmaintenanceplanningalongsidetheEngineeringTeamManager(ETM)
Performroutinemaintenanceonboilersandassociatedsystems
Maintainandmonitorpressuresystems,includingsteam,condensate,andcompressedair
Ensureallplantissafelyisolatedformaintenance,cleaning,andcontractorwork
IssueandmanagePermitstoWorkandIsolationCertificatesinlinewithprocedures
Assistandsupervisecontractorsonsitewhenrequired
Accuratelyrecordallmaintenanceactivitiesusinginternalsystemsandlogs
Reportandmanagesparepartsusagetoensureavailabilityforfuturerepairs
Maintainhighhousekeepingstandardsacrossthesite
Promotearightfirsttimeapproachtomaintenance,implementinglong-termsolutions
AdheretoallHealth&Safetylegislation,includingsafesystemsofworkandriskassessments
EnsurecompliancewithrelevantregulationsincludingElectricityatWorkRegulations,LOLER,ISO14001&ISO50001
Supportenvironmentalinitiatives,includingspillresponseandprevention
Assistproductionteamsandcontributetoongoingsiteimprovements
