Mobile Fabric Engineer Bristol & surrounding areas (Mobile role) £28,000 – £36,000 + Company Van Monday – Friday (Full-time) We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a leading UK building services provider, operating across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in the Bristol region. The Role Working as part of a mobile maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of fabric and general building maintenance tasks across multiple client sites. Duties will include: * General building fabric maintenance (doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, etc.) * Basic plumbing and minor mechanical works * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Reactive maintenance and fault finding * Supporting M&E engineers where required * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards You’ll be provided with a company van and will cover sites across the Bristol area.
