User Researcher – Public Sector Transformation

Contract | £590 per day (Inside IR35)

Remote-first

Our client, a major consultancy delivering digital transformation programmes across central government, is seeking an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to support a large-scale service redesign initiative.

What you’ll bring:

Proven track record delivering user research within government or GDS-aligned environments.
Experience leading or mentoring multidisciplinary UCD teams.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and user-centred design principles.
Skilled in planning, executing, and analysing user research to inform service and interaction design.
Ability to map complex user journeys, uncover insights, and shape solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
Confident in presenting evidence and facilitating workshops to embed user insight into delivery.

Role details:

£590 per day (Inside IR35)
Active SC Clearance required
Immediate start
Remote-first (occasional travel may be required)
