We are looking for a Pre-screener to support patient recruitment and engagement across Phase 1–3 clinical trials. This role sits at the intersection of patient experience and clinical operations, playing a key part in ensuring studies are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting patient recruitment and engagement across multiple clinical trials
  • Acting as a first point of contact for potential participants, patient groups, and partners
  • Communicating study information clearly and appropriately to non-clinical audiences
  • Pre-screening and coordinating participants in line with study protocols
  • Managing scheduling, follow-ups, and participant communications
  • Assisting with the development and execution of recruitment strategies


What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in clinical research, patient engagement, or healthcare settings
  • Ability to be on the phone screening multiple potential participants each day
  • Understanding of mental health
  • Ability to solve problems using initiative
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently xwzovoh and in a team
  • Confident using digital tools
  • Able to work 3-5 days for 3-4 months, with flexible hours offered
