Shape project success from the outset by identifying land-related risks, opportunities and requirements early within the project lifecycle.
Lead and support others through the allocation of work, planning and forecasting workloads, and coaching colleagues and external resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Drive value by managing third-party suppliers, challenging costs where appropriate and ensuring value for money across land-related activities.
Make a visible impact by helping deliver the land rights that support the safe and efficient operation of Cadent's network, both now and in the future.

Operating within a specialist and highly influential area of the business, you'll play a key role in ensuring Cadent secures the rights, access and stakeholder support needed to deliver vital projects across our network.
