We are currently recruiting Children's Outreach Care Workers to support children and young people with a range of additional needs in the Waltham Forest area. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

• Compassionate, reliable and committed individuals.
• Experience working with children and young people is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs, disabilities, autism or complex behaviours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and school holidays where required.
