As the Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our childrens residential homes located in Redcar and Cleveland. As an experienced manager, you will
confidently
lead and
support dedicated teams, fostering a safe, positive, and
inclusive
environment where children and staff can thrive
. You will play a key role in establishing and developing this new service, ensuring high-quality care delivery while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and embed best practice across these homes from the outset, ensuring outstanding outcomes for the children and young people we
support . What You Need to Be Successful in This Role
Essential:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) (or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years experience in childrens residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. In-depth knowledge of safeguarding,Ofstedregulations, and relevant legislation in childrens services. Experience in planning and implementing care plans and maintaining documentation to a high standard in line withChildrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015and Quality Standards. Experience
supporting
children and young people with learning disabilities who may display complex behaviours. Experience leading Ofsted home inspections. Desirable
