Criteria We Need: Graduate Recruitment Position
2:1 or above from a decent university
Minimum BBB at A-Level
Sports background
Money motivated
Competitive
Hard working
Ideally some sales experience
The Incentives to the Role: Graduate Recruitment Position
28k base salary, increasing to 32k after promotion
40% commission structure on top of base
OTE in Year 1 45k
One-on-one training by the Managing Director
Fast progression promotion within 6 months pay rise and more commission!
