Van Driver Location: Haydock Salary: £13.52 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–7:00am starts Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours per day Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing Our client is currently recruiting for experienced Van Drivers to join their busy pharmaceutical delivery operation on a Monday to Friday basis. Please note: Successful applicants will be required to successfully complete a Drug and Alcohol test and DBS check prior to commencing employment. The Role Monday to Friday working pattern Start times between 6:00am and 7:00am Average 10-hour shifts Approximately 40 deliveries per day Driving a company van to complete scheduled deliveries Loading and unloading goods safely Providing excellent customer service at each delivery Completing all deliveries accurately and within the required timescales Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any issuesThe Candidate The successful Van Driver will: Hold a full UK driving licence Have previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience Be reliable, punctual and hardworking Have a professional and customer-focused approach Be comfortable working independently Have good time-management skills Be physically fit and comfortable with a busy delivery scheduleIf you feel like you’re suitable for this role, please apply or contact the Liverpool Pertemps Office
