Day to Day
Point of contact for customer enquiries both verbally and in writing, responsible for resolving these queries within given timeframes
Develop and take responsibility for key accounts, ensuring we provide excellent customer service by developing a thorough understanding of their expectations and requirements, providing the correct advice and service levels on the back of this
Expand existing customer relationships and support new sales by proposing new solutions to meet customer needs
Complete administration duties with the highest accuracy including inputting customer and order information into the system and generating reports to stakeholders
Where required, attend customer meetings acting as the link between customers and internal teams
What will you bring?
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong IT skills including Microsoft office suite with the ability to pick up new systems experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
