Temporary Credit Controller is being sought by an established and growing manufacturing business based in the Lymington area for a period of 3 months to support with a backlog.

You will join a busy finance team where you'll take ownership of the sales ledger and play a key role in driving cash collection and maintaining strong financial controls.

What You'll Be Doing Managing credit control and chasing outstanding debt Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales ledger Posting and allocating cash across multiple currencies Raising invoices and credit notes Handling credit checks and setting customer limits Resolving invoice queries with internal teams and customers Reconciling intercompany balances and bank accounts Producing aged debt reports, forecasts, and KPIs What We're Looking For Previous experience in credit control or sales ledger Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines Bonus if you have: Experience with Sage xwzovoh or similar systems Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Exposure to multi-currency or international customers VAT reporting experience (Intrastat / EC Sales Lists) Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are an equal opportunity employer and operate as an Employment Business and Recruitment Agency
