About the Role
As a Technical Support Officer you will support the Audit Services team in completing desktop assessments of registered customers’ accreditation documentation. You will provide technical support via phone and email, ensuring a first‑class customer experience.

Cardiff, UK – hybrid workplace: 3 days a week from the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete pre‑audit checks on customer information to ensure a minimum standard before progressing to the full audit.
- Work through a number of pre‑audit checks of customer information to ensure everything required is collated.
- Provide feedback to customers and collate any missing required information for the pre‑audit checks.
- Support customers with areas of improvement where additional information is needed to pass the audit and become accredited.
- Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided).
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service, administrative experience and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written English, able to handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Consistent application of quality processes and standards, ability to identify discrepancies.
- Team player who can work well within a close‑knit team.
- Some experience or interest in health and safety or compliance is a plus but not essential.
Training & Development
You will receive full onboarding and training and support to gain the health and safety specific qualifications required for this role.
