Our kitchen is now looking for an experienced Pastry Senior Sous Chef to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

Your Requirements:

The Pastry Senior Sous Chef must be able to assume the Chefs responsibilities in his/her absence. The Pastry Senior Sous Chefs main responsibility is in the hot kitchen line. Whilethe Senior Sous Chefmay help out with menu planning and ordering, the primary responsibility is to help manage the staff and make sure that food is prepared, plated and served properly and efficiently.
