Recruitment Consultant Banbury £27,000 – £30,000 per year + Uncapped Commission We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing their own desk within a fast-paced environment. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, supporting local businesses with their staffing requirements while sourcing and placing quality candidates.
