About the role
Anderson Knight are recruiting a HR Adviser based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation as part of a wider HR team, supporting the business with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER). This role is fully onsite and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Role:
As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering a proactive and professional HR service across the business. With a heavy emphasis on Employee Relations, you will manage a broad range of casework and provide expert guidance to line managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a high volume of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
* Providing clear, pragmatic advice to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* Supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals
* Ensuring consistent and fair application of HR processes
* Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements
About You:
* Proven experience in a HR Advisory role with strong ER exposure
* Confident managing a busy and varied caseload
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work onsite full time in a fast-paced environment
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable

* Salary between £35,000 – £38,000
