Multi Trade Operative

EA Associates require an experienced multi trade operative starting from Tuesday 5th April within Staines and the surrounding area's. The role: A majority of work will involve completing work on occupied social housing properties which have already been surveyed and job sheets provided. Duties will include: - Carpentry items including kitchen fitting - Tiling of splashback areas - Internal painting - Basic plumbing connections - Patch plastering - Vinyl flooring Suitable applicants must have: - Valid CSCS card - 3 Point PPE - Full compliment of tools - own transport - x2 Contactable work references Hours: 8am-4:30pm Duration: 6 months + Parking: parking generally available on site Please contact Reece Harte on (phone number removed) or apply direct via the advert for more information
