Supplier Negotiator / Buyer Wolverhampton, West Midlands * £35,000 starting salary * Long term career progression in a business that rewards commercial results * Market leaders - Financially stable, established company * Working directly for the General Manager * Autonomy to make the role your own and shape the purchasing function Hours * Full time office based (no hybrid working) * 8.30am to 4.30pm * Monday to Friday * 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (rising with service) Who we're looking for: This isn't an ordinary purchasing role, we're looking for an individual who is commercially savvy and capable of spotting and forging a deal. You will work closely with customer facing departments to identify demands within the market place, then source food products at the right price and consistent high quality standard. You will be a confident negotiator, fair and perhaps a little cheeky! Stock control, processing of purchase orders and all the usual day to day purchasing tasks will also be your responsibility.
