The Role: *Lead and manage the Assessor & IQA team *Oversee assessment and internal quality assurance strategy *Ensure compliance with awarding body and EQA standards *Conduct sampling, auditing, and monitoring of assessment decisions *Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across training programmes *Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance *Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders The Person: *Strong background in Fire Safety (10+ years experience) *Holds Assessor and IQA qualifications *Previous experience leading or mentoring teams *Background in training, education, or qualification delivery *Strong organisational and communication skills *Passionate about quality, development, and continuous improvement Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
