Finance Manager Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £43,889.60 £46,397.37 plus benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a well-established leisure organisation on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Executive Management Team, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations across several leisure sites while delivering high-quality financial reporting and insightful analysis.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence decision-making, drive financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position plays a key role in supporting long-term financial sustainability, growth and the delivery of impactful community-facing services.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Monitor cash flow, expenditure and overall financial performance Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and key stakeholders Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making Requirements Proven experience in a financial management or similar senior finance role Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT) or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Excellent systems skills, including advanced xwzovoh Excel and Business Intelligence software High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong leadership, people management and communication skills Desirable Experience within a similar sector or fast-paced environment Experience using Sage 200 and Sage Payroll This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Finance Manager looking to add strategic value within a purpose-driven organisation.
