Campervan Converter / Technician Location: Plymouth, Devon (in-person) Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including any weekend requirements, if applicable), 8:0017:30 Salary: £31,005.00-£35,685.00 per annum

They are proud to be an approved workshop under the Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS) and a member of the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI), reflecting their commitment to safety, workmanship, and excellent customer care.

Requirements
Essential
The following qualifications are essential; NCC Caravan Service Award
STGW Gas
NCC Electrical Level 1 & 2
Hands-on experience in campervan or similar vehicle builds
Strong carpentry/joinery skills with a high-quality finish
Confident using power tools (jigsaws, drills, routers, saws)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude
Health and Safety awareness - maintains a safe, tidy workspace and follows safety protocols
Desirable
Upholstery experience
CNC machining experience
Gas safety certification
The Role
Carrying out bespoke camper van conversions from shell to completion
Insulation and soundproofing
Electrical system installation (12v/240V), including solar setups
Carpentry and interior fitting
Plumbing for water systems
Installation of fixtures, fittings, and accessories
Gas installation and repairs
Ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail
