The role: As Lettings Negotiator, youll play a key role in the business, building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities: You will liaise with landlords and applicants to understand their needs, book and conduct property viewings, and provide detailed feedback.

Youll negotiate offers, progress deals, and build and maintain strong client relationships, while delivering consistently high levels of customer service throughout the process.

Salary & Benefits: £19,000 basic salary £2,250 car allowance £50,000£65,000 OTE in year one Requirements: A full UK driving licence is essential.

Youll be ambitious, driven, and results-focused, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients at all levels.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are key, along with the ability to work to targets and deadlines to maximise business opportunities.
