Culinary Director Boutique Event Caterer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Culinary Director to lead the kitchen operation of a high-end, boutique event catering business based in London.

The role:
Oversee all culinary operations across the business
Lead, develop, and manage the kitchen team
Deliver exceptional standards across a range of high-end events
Work closely with clients to create bespoke menus and experiences
Ensure consistency, organisation, and commercial performance
The candidate:
Proven experience as a Culinary Director, Executive Chef, or Senior Head Chef
Background in high-end catering, events, or luxury hospitality
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Confident working with premium clients
Commercially aware with a hands-on approach
Package:
Salary circa £85,000
Performance-based xwzovoh bonus and incentives
