Night Site Manager

Job Title: Night Site Manager Location: Suffolk Start Date: 8th June Duration: 14 Weeks Overview: We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee works on a food retail project in Suffolk. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-focused individual with strong experience in fast-paced retail environments, particularly in snagging and project completion phases. Working Hours: Sunday: 4:00pm start Thursday to Saturday: 9:00pm – 6:00amKey Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all night-time site operations Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently Lead snagging activities to ensure high-quality project completion Monitor progress against programme and report updates Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards Maintain clear communication with day teams and project stakeholders Conduct site inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptlyRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on food retail projects Strong snagging and finishing experience Valid CSCS Card SMSTS certification First Aid qualification Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage night operations effectivelyApplication: To apply, please email your updated CV to (url removed)
