Our client, a leading provider of audio-visual and display solutions across a range of sectors, is seeking a Senior Installation Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role: As a Senior Installation Engineer , you will take a hands-on leadership role within the wider installation team, ensuring successful project delivery on-site.

You'll be responsible for leading installations from planning through to completion, liaising with project managers, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Projects are varied and span multiple sectors
- including commercial, education, retail, and corporate
- so adaptability and professionalism are key.

This role will require travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site AV and display installations, working closely with internal teams and clients Interpret technical drawings, project briefs, and scope of works Act as site lead/project lead, managing timelines and ensuring high-quality installations Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met Carry out system testing and basic commissioning Maintain health and safety standards on-site About You: 3 years' experience in AV/display installation Proven experience as a site lead or project lead on installation projects Confident with mounting display systems, running cables, and configuring AV hardware Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays Benefits: Competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) Private health care (post-probation) Gym membership Paid travel expenses Join a dynamic and supportive team delivering cutting-edge AV solutions across the UK Ready to take the lead on impactful AV installations across the UK?
