English Teacher - Long-Term Opportunity

We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Berkshire to appoint a dedicated English Teacher for a long-term position starting shortly.

This is a full teaching role, involving planning, preparation and marking, and would suit a committed teacher looking for stability and the chance to make a real impact within a supportive English department.

The Role:

• Teach English across KS3 and KS4
• Full responsibility for planning, preparation and assessment
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Track pupil progress and support attainment
• Work collaboratively with the wider English and pastoral teams

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in English
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Confident classroom management skills
• Able to commit to a long-term placement
