Site Manager | Main Contractor |Yorkshire (Regional Projects) | £55k - £60k + Package We’re working with a well-established regional main contractor to appoint a Site Manager as part of their ongoing growth and succession planning. Operating across West Yorkshire and the wider region, the business delivers a broad range of new build and refurbishment projects across sectors including commercial, industrial, education, retail, and healthcare. They have built a strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat business. This role offers a clear pathway into Contracts Management, with senior members of the team approaching retirement. They are keen to bring in an ambitious Site Manager who is looking to step up over time and take on wider operational responsibility. What You’ll Be Doing. Managing site operations from inception through to completion Overseeing new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors Coordinating subcontractors and driving programme delivery Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality Managing site logistics, materials, and labour Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams What You Will Need. Proven experience as a Site Manager within a main contractor environment Background delivering commercial construction or refurbishment projects Ability to manage projects independently and drive programme Strong understanding of H&S and site management processes Excellent communication and leadership skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid Why Apply?
