Electrical Site Manager - £65k-£70k Location: London Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + package Project Value: £2 million Type: Permanent Sector: MEP / Electrical / Building Services Electrical Site Manager - London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a leading, award-winning MEP contractor working on a prestigious £2 million contract in London. We are looking for an experienced electrical professional with a strong contractor-side background and proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects. The Role As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the electrical works across the £2 million contract, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical works on site Take responsibility for electrical works across the £2m contract Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams Plan and sequence electrical installation works Coordinate electrical works with other MEP disciplines Review drawings, specifications and technical information Monitor progress against programme Attend site, progress and coordination meetings Liaise with the main contractor, consultants and client representatives Identify and resolve technical and installation issues Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality Manage snagging through to completion Support testing, commissioning and handover Ensure works are delivered in accordance with health & safety requirementsPrevious CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out experience is highly desirable. You should have a strong understanding of electrical installation and coordination within a commercial fit-out environment.
