Client development across energy trading, analytics, optimisation and commercial roles. Regular UK travel to meet clients, attend industry events and build deep market networks. Building niche talent pipelines in one of the most commercially exciting markets in the UK. What You Bring? Proven 360 recruitment experience with strong BD capability. Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in a technical, fast‑paced sector. Curiosity about energy trading and the commercial drivers behind the market. A self‑starter mindset suited to an agile, entrepreneurial environment. Willingness to travel and build relationships face‑to‑face.
