Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop, deliver, and manage Study Programme(s) that meet local, regional, and national workforce needs in Health and Social Care.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to respond to emerging themes and priorities, developing new curriculum to introduce new skills into the workforce.
• Translate sector-specific themes into training and education opportunities in Further and Higher Education.
• Design and develop curriculum for Health and Social Care L2/L3 and T level Health programmes starting from September 2024.
• Coordinate the delivery of specific units across FE and/or HE programmes, ensuring compliance with college standards and external requirements.
