Vehicle Technician
We're looking for a Vehicle Technicians to join us at one of our many depots across Lancashire and Yorkshire. BASIC SALARY: £42000 - £48000
LOCATION: Lancashire & Yorkshire

JOB DESCRIPTION: (Vehicle Technician/Commercial Vehicle/Automotive)
You'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our buses remain roadworthy, dependable and ready to keep communities moving.
What you'll be doing:
·As a key member of our engineering team, you'll help keep our fleet safe, reliable and ready for service by:
·Diagnosing and rectifying vehicle faults
·Carrying out routine servicing and 28-day inspections
·Completing vehicle repairs and maintenance work
·Supporting MOT preparation in line with DVSA Guide to Road worthiness standards and procedures
·Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship at all times
PERSON SPECIFICATION: (Vehicle Technician/Commercial Vehicle/Automotive)
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about keeping vehicles operating safely and efficiently.
You'll ideally have:
·A Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent City & Guilds qualifications)
·A full driving licence
·A flexible approach to working hours
·Experience working on buses or coaches (desirable but not essential)
·A PCV licence, or the willingness and ability to obtain one
