Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts * Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours * Working hours – Between the hours of 7am to 7pm (Door to Door pay) * On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only. * Salary - £48,812/Yr. * Location – Oxford, High Wycombe or surrounding areas * Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours You’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site. * Providing technical support to the mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required * Monitoring A/C systems * Providing regular client updates * Auditing and delivering PPMs and compliance to industry standard * Actively developing the skillsets and knowledge of our multi-skilled engineers * Taking ownership of air conditioning work orders within your region Requirements * Full UK License – 6 points max. * F-Gas Cat 1 – Essential * Minimum Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (6187) - Essential Benefits * ·Company Van & Fuel Card * Smartphone and PDA supplied. * · 25 days holiday + 8 BH * · Average of a 4% bonus * · Pension Scheme (5% or 6%) * · Life Assurance * · Funded Training * · 20% off gyms or fitness tests * · Up to 10% off B&Q trade point If you are looking for a new permanent role, please apply now!
