Introduction We're looking for a Night Auditor to join a welcoming hotel team in Lutterworth, working within a stunning countryside setting. As a Night Auditor, you'll play an important role in ensuring guests receive excellent service throughout the night, whilst supporting the wider team and maintaining the smooth running of the hotel. Support the Night Manager and work alongside the night team Complete the night audit, ensuring all procedures meet required standards Handle guest enquiries efficiently and professionally Follow company policies and audit procedures Maintain the security of the hotel, including fire and safety procedures Maximise revenue opportunities across room sales Liaise effectively with other departments Support porter duties, including room service and conference/function room set-up and breakdown Prepare light meals when required, with training providedWhat we're looking for We're looking for someone who is confident working independently overnight and enjoys delivering excellent customer service within a busy hospitality environment.
