🚀 Exciting Opportunity: Real Estate Lawyer for UK Solar PV Projects

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to support a client on the development of Solar PV opportunities across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy transition, providing strategic legal advice on large-scale renewable energy developments.

What You'll Be Doing

Advising on property and land matters relating to Solar PV and renewable energy projects.
Leading land due diligence exercises, title investigations, and risk assessments.
Drafting and negotiating leases, option agreements, easements, wayleaves, and other land rights.
Supporting project development teams in securing land for renewable energy schemes.
Engaging with landowners, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
Identifying and mitigating real estate risks and constraints throughout the development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Real Estate Lawyer with strong UK property law expertise.
Proven experience advising on renewable energy projects, ideally Solar PV.
Excellent understanding of land rights, development agreements, and site acquisition processes.
Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice.
