My client is an ambitious organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of commercial, procurement and contract matters.

The Opportunity

Draft, negotiate and advise on complex, high-value commercial agreements

Partner with commercial and procurement stakeholders across the business

Support strategic projects, supplier relationships and contract management

Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, governance and risk management

Hybrid working (3 days home / 2 days onsite) | Permanent opportunity

About You

The ideal candidate would be a UK qualified lawyer with circa 4+ years' PQE

Strong commercial contracting and negotiation xwzovoh experience

Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to risk

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, engineering, technology or other regulated sectors would be advantageous.
