Senior Finance Business Partner | Pharmaceutical

I am currently working with a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing business that is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly commercial finance team, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and playing a key role in driving strategic decision-making across manufacturing and operational functions.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning process across key manufacturing operations and business units.
Delivering insightful financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning to support commercial and operational decision-making.
Partnering with manufacturing, supply chain and operational teams to provide commercial and financial guidance.
Producing monthly performance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership.
Supporting business cases, operational investment decisions and strategic projects across the business.
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted business partner.
Mentoring and developing junior members of the finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager capacity. Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, FMCG or another manufacturing/production-led environment would be highly desirable. Experience building financial models from scratch would be a bonus.
