Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Work Opportunities

Weston-super-Mare & surrounding areas | Full-time & Part-time | £140–£160 per day (PAYE)

The Role:

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain strong classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning. Work is available on a flexible basis, with opportunities to return to the same schools regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, pre-set lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management
• Adapt quickly to different primary school settings
• Provide clear feedback to school staff

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working within UK primary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
