Maintenance Operative - Bristol Location: Bristol Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay: £16.00 per hour We're currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team in Bristol. This is a full-time role working standard weekday hours, ideal for someone with a general background in maintenance and a hands-on, proactive approach. What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Operative: Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works Supporting a range of basic plumbing, electrical, and fabrication tasks Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Working as part of a team or independently across various building types What We're Looking For: A solid understanding of general maintenance practices Hands-on experience in at least one or more trades: plumbing, electrics, carpentry/fabrication, etc. Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues quickly Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Reliability and ability to work to deadlines Interested in the Maintenance Operative Role?
