Job Title: Electrical Site / Project Manager Location: Hertfordshire (Site-Based) Salary: Attractive, DOE + Package The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site or Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious, high-profile mixed-use leisure development in Hertfordshire. This is a flagship, multi-million-pound project requiring a confident, hands-on professional who can take full ownership from early stages through to successful completion and handover. This role is site-based due to the complexity, scale, and client-facing nature of the project, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in delivering a landmark scheme. After this project is complete you will be required to travel and manage other schemes in and around the UK The Company Our client is a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor with a strong reputation across the UK. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of a major electrical project from pre-construction through to completion and handover * Lead all on-site electrical operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution * Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers effectively * Monitor progress, produce reports, and manage project programmes * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards * Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively * Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional delivery Candidate Requirements * Proven experience managing multi-million-pound electrical projects * Strong background in either Electrical Site Management or Project Management roles * Experience working on complex, large-scale developments (mixed-use or leisure experience desirable) * Ability to manage projects from early stages through to handover * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and programmes * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent) * SMSTS/SSSTS (or equivalent) preferred What’s on Offer * Competitive salary package (dependent on experience) * Opportunity to lead a prestigious, high-profile project * Long-term career progression within a growing and stable business * Supportive, people-focused company culture * Ongoing pipeline of varied and interesting projects across multiple sectors Why Apply?
