Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential Site Based | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering exceptional, high value residential projects? You’ll be joining a highly respected main contractor renowned for delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They’re seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who can manage complex builds with precision, integrity, and attention to detail. Initial projects include the high quality refurbishment of a private residence, characterised by heritage detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury. The forward pipeline consists exclusively of bespoke residential projects, with contract values ranging from £5m to £20m. The Role: As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of this exceptional project, working closely with the site and senior management teams to ensure financial control from pre-construction through to final account.
