Design Manager – Tier 1 Company This leading main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join a project team on a £42m commercial refurbishment project in the City of London. Your contract will be for a minimum period of 12 months and could lead to a follow-on project. You will have Tier 1 main contracting experience as a Design Manager and will have been involved in various PCSA 2-stage contracts which will have been secured and delivered. ·          You will have been a Design Manager on numerous projects over £30m in value. ·          A UK Construction qualification is essential. ·          Our client will not consider Architects without having worked for leading Tier 1 contractors recently.
