Assistant Site Manager – High‑End Residential Location: Liverpool Type: Temp to Perm We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a high‑end residential development in Liverpool, with strong potential for a temp‑to‑perm position. This role will be heavily involved in the finishing stages of the project, supporting the Site Manager and overseeing quality, programme, and subcontractors to completion. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting the Site Manager in day‑to‑day site operations * Managing finishing trades and subcontractors * Overseeing snagging, de‑snagging, and plot completion * Ensuring works meet high‑end residential quality standards * Monitoring programme and coordinating trades accordingly * Maintaining health & safety standards on site * Assisting with inspections and handovers Requirements: * Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects * Strong experience with finishing works and internal trades * Good eye for detail and quality control * Ability to manage plots or blocks independently * SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS (First Aid advantageous) Project: High‑end residential Start: Imminent Duration: Temp initially, with potential to go permanent This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager looking to secure a long‑term role on a quality-driven residential scheme.
